PSD2 and Open Banking: What are the Implications in Europe and the U.S.

Credits: 1.2 CTP/CCM | 1.2 FP&A

The revised Payments Services Directive (PSD2) has attracted quite a bit of attention since it was proposed by the European Union in 2013. The objective of the PSD2 is standardizing, integrating and improving payment efficiency in the European Union by creating an equal playing field for payments service providers by enabling new companies to enter the payments space. This webinar sorts through the details of PSD2 and discusses implications for financial institutions and corporates, particularly in Europe where it is being mandated and looks at what the U.S. implications may be.
