Credits: 0.8 CTP/CCM | 0.8 FP&A

Every day, finance guides a business through strategic, financial and technical evaluations to help their organizations make better decisions and allocate resources to the most effective use.  The project investment process is one of the most important ways to accomplish this. What projects should we undertake? When should they begin? How much risk are we taking? In this webinar we will discuss the key insights from the 2019 AFP Project Investment Decisions Survey research, which focused on two parts of this critical function: 1) The process of project decision making, 2) the cost of capital calculation.
