The Traits of Highly Agile Companies
Agility is flexibility in a company’s operations, a mindset open to change, and the capability for action to take advantage of changing circumstances. This may be framed as the ability to take advantage of opportunities or resilience against negative stimuli, such as recessions, COVID, supply-chain disruptions and instability.
For the 2022 FP&A survey, Measuring Agility in FP&A, underwritten by Workday, AFP asked practitioners about key elements that allow a finance team to be agile: environmental monitoring, finance operational flexibility, supporting technology, organizational structure and the cultural mindset. In this webinar, members of the FP&A advisory council parse the survey results and discuss how companies can create proactive agility.
Learning objectives:
- Learn about the definition of agility and explore its key elements.
- Identify the traits of the most agile respondents and examine how these traits impact corporate culture.
