Communication skills are consistently rated among the most vital skills, more than any other skillset, that are responsible for our success at all levels. The impact of the global pandemic has only heightened the importance of being able to communicate effectively. Often thought to be an immutable or inherent trait, communication is an attainable and learnable skill. This session outlines seven principles attendees can quickly master to improve the impact and effectiveness of their communications to ultimately become a better leader and influencer.
