We have heard that “what gets measured gets done,” but that also implies that if we measure the wrong things, we will accomplish the wrong things! In this webinar, three senior practitioners will discuss the lifecycle of performance metrics—from creation to maintenance to retirement—to share insights and “rules” on how to manage your metrics. When done correctly, FP&A can drive focus and alignment across the enterprise, and manage their own efforts wisely.
