Understanding the state of FP&A people strategies and development can provide a structured approach to evaluate your company’s performance, practices, and strategies in relation to other organizations. In this webinar, members of the FP&A Advisory Council will parse the survey results and explore the major insights emerging from this research. Key findings reveal that FP&A are techo-optimists and their companies are more willing to support them, yet they are unclear of how to plan their knowledge path and key differences in FP&A needs across company sizes.
