AFP has been exploring the challenges and opportunities to Get Your Data Right in 2022 with its FP&A Series in June and a guide of the same name in September.  This webinar, addresses the topic from a different angle - what non-finance professionals see as the essential keys to getting data right. This conversation presents two complementary views that are critical for the success of any data project, looks at the change management process and the relationship with the IT/data teams.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn about the key elements of change management that increase the likelihood of a successful data plan.
  • Learn how finance can work with information/technology teams to achieve desired data outcomes.
